Terms of Service

These terms govern access to CyberAct24 and SRPBridge. By purchasing or using the service, the customer agrees to use it lawfully and only for authorised business purposes.

Service scope

CyberAct24 provides workflow, preparation, deadline-tracking and evidence-organisation software relating to cybersecurity reporting processes, including the EU Cyber Resilience Act. The service is not a law firm, regulator, certification body, or substitute for legal or professional security advice.

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for determining whether an incident is legally reportable, verifying all facts, meeting legal deadlines, obtaining professional advice where needed, and making any regulatory submission through authorised channels.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used to upload unlawfully obtained data, perform unauthorised security testing, misrepresent incident facts, circumvent regulatory systems, or violate third-party rights.

Fees

Fees are displayed before purchase. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable billing terms. Taxes may apply depending on customer location and applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may update features, workflows, schemas and guidance to reflect changes in regulation, official reporting interfaces and customer needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular regulatory outcome.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as a workflow and preparation aid. Customers remain responsible for regulatory decisions, submissions and compliance outcomes.
