Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

SRPBridge subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, while access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

One-time service packs

For one-time onboarding or emergency service packs, refund eligibility depends on whether substantive work has commenced. If no substantive work has begun, customers may request cancellation and a refund subject to any non-refundable payment processing costs permitted by law.

Emergency work

Emergency incident work may begin shortly after purchase because timing is often critical. Once priority work has commenced, refunds may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable consumer and contract law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
