Privacy Policy
CyberAct24 provides software and services that help organisations prepare and manage cybersecurity incident-reporting workflows. We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide support, process payments, protect the service, and comply with applicable law.
Information we may collect
Account and business contact details, billing information processed by our payment provider, product and workflow information you submit, support communications, and technical logs required for security and reliability.
How we use information
To provide the service, operate reporting workflows, maintain security, communicate with customers, improve product reliability, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Incident information
Customers should only submit information they are authorised to provide. CyberAct24 is designed as a preparation and workflow tool and does not independently determine legal reportability or submit regulatory reports without authorised human action.
Service providers
We may use reputable infrastructure, payment, email, analytics and security providers to operate the service. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those services.
Retention and security
We aim to retain information only for as long as reasonably required for service delivery, security, legal and audit purposes. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect customer information.
Contact
Privacy enquiries can be sent through CyberAct24 customer support. A dedicated domain email address will be published as part of our production launch.
